Isaac Iny 

Isaac has been in the financial advisory business for 30 years. After graduating from California State University, Northridge in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree in both Finance and Real Estate,  Isaac began his career with Smith Barney in downtown Los Angeles, eventually building up his practice to join NEXT Financial Group, Inc. in March of 2004. In July 2025, Iny Wealth Management was created under the umbrella of LPL Financial. As an independent investment professional, Isaac has a vast array of knowledge in the field of investments. 

Nicole Cardenas 

Nicole has been working side by side with financial advisors for the past 19 years. She began her career as a financial advisor in 2025 under Iny Wealth Management. She now works side-by-side with Isaac handling client investment portfolios. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from California State University, Los Angeles with honors.

Donna Heydar

Donna has been with the team for the last 5 years and handles the day to day office administrative duties as well as assisting in providing portfolio administration and client correspondence. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Boston University and her Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences from University of California, Los Angeles.
